3.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 One Account Policy

4.1 Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Deposits are generally credited to your bmwslot account instantly or within a few minutes. bmwslot is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• bmwslot does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• bmwslot reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw.
• bmwslot targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• bmwslot reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso. bmwslot does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bmwslot accepts no responsibility.

bmwslot offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits bmwslot's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

bmwslot is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial or personal harm.

10.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

All bmwslot players have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from account settings at no cost:

bmwslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Determination that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Upon account closure for breach of these terms, bmwslot reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, real money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bmwslot account may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the bmwslot platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact bmwslot's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. bmwslot will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

12.2 Formal Complaints

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate your complaint in writing to bmwslot's compliance team. bmwslot will acknowledge formal complaints within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

12.3 Regulatory Oversight

bmwslot operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may seek guidance from the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.

bmwslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to amendments:

• Material changes to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the bmwslot platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice.
• The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
• Your continued use of the bmwslot platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
